If you feel that your item is not as described, we will consider a refund. Please contact us at info@gracesgoodies.com.au.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings due to health regulations, nor will we refund if you change your mind. Please choose carefully.

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post we cannot be responsible. We pack our jewellery well and expect it to arrive to you safely. All of our items are posted via express post.
