At the moment you can pay with a credit card via PayPal (you
do not need a PayPal account to do this), direct cash transfer via PayPal and
direct bank deposit. If you choose direct bank deposit, we will email you
details once you have checked out. All items will be shipped once payment has
cleared and is visible in our account. Please note that we DO NOT accept Western Union type transfers at all.
We are located in Woonona NSW, if you are in the local area,
we can organise for you to pick your items up. For all other locations, we will
post your items via Australia Post.
If you are buying a stock item from the website, your item
will be wrapped, packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment. If this is
going to change, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
All of our items are posted via Australia Post. Express post
items take between 1 and 4 business days to arrive in Australia.
If you are ordering a custom made piece, we will discuss
timelines with you. Depending on availability of components, and detail, these
can be done quite quickly or may take up to a few weeks. Rest assured that we
will communicate with you from concept to completion.
I like one of your pieces, but in a different colour. Will you change it for me? ^ TOP
Yes we will. Email us at info@gracesgoodies.com.au with the
item/s you are interested in and
colours or combinations you like. This is subject to availability of
beads.
Yes we do. If you like any of our items or have photos or
ideas of your own, we can work with you to create a piece that you are happy
with. Any queries can be sent to info@gracesgoodies.com.au.Be aware that our stock and availability of
beads changes, and no two pieces will be identical. We will always be able to
create something for you.
Can I book you to display your jewellery at my house, party or event? ^ TOP
Yes you can. We are located in Woonona, NSW. If you would
like us to show our jewellery at your event or home within our local area, drop
us a line at info@gracesgoodies.com.au
and we can discuss this with you.
If you feel that your item is not as described, we will
consider a refund. Please contact us at info@gracesgoodies.com.au. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings
due to health regulations, nor will we refund if you change your mind. Please
choose carefully.
Please be aware that colours are representative only and may
appear differently from monitor to monitor. We do our utmost to describe our
jewellery as accurately as possible. For additional information on a piece, please
email us.
In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in
the post we cannot be responsible. We pack our jewellery well and expect it to
arrive to you safely. All of our items are posted via express post.
